How do I restore my purchases?
If you have a premium subscription but the app shows you on the free tier, go to the Settings screen within the LexiFr app and tap "Restore Purchases". Ensure you are logged into the same Apple ID or Google account used to make the initial purchase.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple and Google. To cancel, please go to your device's native App Store or Google Play Store settings, navigate to your Subscriptions, select LexiFr, and tap "Cancel Subscription".
How do I delete my account?
Once LexiFr is available, you'll find this in Settings → Account → Delete Account. Before launch, email privacy@lexifr.com with the email you used to join early access.
What should I do if my premium features are not unlocking?
First, try tapping "Restore Purchases" in the app's Settings. If that doesn't resolve the issue, ensure you have a stable internet connection so the app can sync with our servers. If the problem persists, please email support@lexifr.com with your account email address.
I am having issues with microphone permissions.
The Shadowing feature requires microphone access to function. If you previously denied this permission, you will need to open your device's main Settings app, find LexiFr in your list of apps, and manually toggle the Microphone permission on.
